In case you missed the big news, the Borderlands series has sold over 100 million copies! To celebrate, we're holding a new Community Challenge for Borderlands 4 players! If the community successfully manages to get 1,000,000 boss kills with the base game Vault Hunters—Vex, Amon, Rafa, or Harlowe—between November 5–8, 2026, we'll share out a SHiFT code for the reward*:
COMMUNITY CHALLENGE: Boss Blitz
From November 5 to November 8, collectively get 1,000,000 boss kills while playing as Vex, Rafa, Amon, or Hawlowe to earn:
- "Troubled Upbringing" Weapon Skin usable by all Vault Hunters
- "Fresh Spray" Weapon Skin usable by all Vault Hunters
- "Tally Them All" Weapon Skin usable by all Vault Hunters
- "Merch Line" Weapon Skin usable by all Vault Hunters
These four new Weapon Skins can be applied to any gun and are therefore usable by all Vault Hunters, but each is themed around the vibes of a base game Vault Hunters in Borderlands 4: "Troubled Upbringing" is modeled after Vex, "Fresh Spray" after Rafa, "Tally Them All" after Amon, and "Merch Line" after Harlowe. If you missed the rewards from our previous Community Challenges, you can still grab the SHiFT code for prior Vault Hunter Skin rewards for the paid DLC Vault Hunters C4SH** and Loveless***, as well as unique Vault Hunter Skins for Harlowe, Rafa, Amon, and Vex, plus the February Community Challenge and March Community Challenge Vault Hunter Skins!
